How it works
Nothing here needs a developer, and nothing here asks for your Telegram password.
Your name, email, phone and a password. We email you a six-digit code to confirm the address before the account is made. That is the whole of it.
Three ways in. Create a brand-new channel, pick one you already own, or — the way most people do it — open our bot, press Start, and add it as an admin of your existing channel. That last path asks for no Telegram login at all; the moment the bot lands in your channel we detect it and hand you straight to the page builder.
Price your monthly, quarterly or yearly plan — or a combo plan that unlocks several of your channels for one payment. Show a strike-through price if you are discounting. Pick a template, add your logo, your about text, your disclaimer and any questions you need buyers to answer. The live preview sits beside the editor the whole time.
Entity type, PAN card, a selfie holding it, your address, bank proof, and GSTIN or incorporation papers if they apply. A person at SimplyRA reads every submission before your page can take a checkout. No auto-approvals.

Every purchase issues its own invite link: single-use, valid for 24 hours, and scoped to exactly the channels that plan unlocks. When a plan expires, our bot removes the member and immediately lifts the ban — so the door is not bolted, and a renewal walks straight back in.
Removal needs our bot to be an admin of the channel, and applies to members who joined through a SimplyRA link.
Monthly, quarterly, yearly, or any number of days you like. Put a strike-through original price next to your live price. Build a combo plan that unlocks several channels with one payment. And when someone renews early, the new days stack on top of the days they still have — nobody is punished for paying on time.
Every channel gets its own public page. Three templates — Aurora, Eclipse and Velvet — plus your logo, your accent colour, your about section and your disclaimer. Ask buyers whatever you need with custom registration questions, require terms acceptance, and send them wherever you like after checkout. Buyers confirm their phone or email with a real one-time code before they can buy.
Set your prices; we do the arithmetic. Commission is resolved per account and per payment method, 18% GST is treated as a pass-through and kept out of your earnings, and every rupee is tracked in integer paise so nothing quietly drifts. A dashboard, a five-step setup checklist that always tells you what is left, and a console for each channel: who is a member, what they paid, who lapsed, and your churn figure. Export any of it to CSV when you would rather look at it in a spreadsheet.
Signing in takes two steps: your password, then a code emailed to you — both rate-limited. Nobody can take a checkout until a person here has read their documents. And the verified badge on your page, the one carrying your registration number, is set by SimplyRA — not typed in by the analyst.
Why we built this
Registration takes months. The compliance file never really closes. And underneath all of it sits a second job nobody signed up for — chasing renewals, adding and removing members by hand, keeping a spreadsheet of who paid what and when it runs out, and hunting for an invoice when someone asks. SimplyRA exists to take that second job off your desk.
Payment in, invite out, expiry, removal, renewal. You should never have to open the members list to add or remove anybody again.
No welcome messages. No renewal nudges. No expiry notices. No marketing. SimplyRA does not post in your channel and does not DM your members. The only voice your audience hears is yours — that is a design decision, not an omission.
Documents are read by a human here before any page can take a checkout, and your badge and registration number are set by us. That is slower than an automatic tick, and it is worth more.

Straight answers, including the ones that are not flattering.
No — and most people never do. Open our bot, press Start, and add it as an admin of your channel. No phone number, no code, no password. The two other ways to connect (creating a fresh channel, or picking one from the channels you already own) use Telegram’s own sign-in code, and if you have two-step verification switched on, one of them will also ask for your Telegram cloud password. If you would rather not do that, use the bot — it asks for neither.
Nothing. The channel stays yours, your existing members stay exactly where they are, and SimplyRA does not touch them. We only manage people who join through a SimplyRA invite link from that point onward — they are the only ones the expiry job can ever remove.

Never. No welcome messages, no renewal reminders, no expiry notices, no marketing. We do not post in your channel and we do not DM your members. If your subscribers need to be told something, you tell them, in your words, from your channel. The only automated messages anywhere in SimplyRA are the one-time codes that verify a phone number or email address at checkout.
Yes. A combo plan takes a single payment and unlocks whichever of your channels you attach to it. The buyer gets a separate single-use invite for each one, and when the plan ends they are removed from all of them together.
Yes, as a verified badge on your sales page — and you cannot type it in yourself. SimplyRA sets the badge and its text after reviewing your documents, and it cannot be edited afterwards. That is deliberate: a badge anyone could type in is worth nothing to the person reading it.
Your channels, members, transactions and documents sit behind your own two-step sign-in — password, then a code emailed to you, both rate-limited. A small team here can open accounts for verification and support: they read your KYC documents, set your commission rate and control the verified badge. Every one of those actions is written to an audit log. We do not read your channel’s content; the bot’s only job is issuing and revoking invites.
